Federal Judge Cites RMB Consulting Testimony in Awarding $626 Million Judgment
Federal District Course Judge Jack Zouhary has awarded plaintiff DISH Network a $626,000,000 summary judgment against Global Technologies, Inc. In entering the judgment, Judge Zouhary cited the expert report of RMB Consulting President Nigel Jones. To date, DISH Network has received judgments of nearly $1B in actions in which RMB Consulting has filed expert reports.
